DIY Horse Treats - Sweet Potato and Cinnamon Biscuits

Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey
Method:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet.
- Combine mashed sweet potatoes, ground flaxseed, oats, cinnamon and honey.
- Mix all the above until a soft dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and cut out biscuit shapes using cookie cutters.
- Place biscuits on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits are firm and lightly browned.
- Let the biscuits cool completely.
